Saffron Curry combines creamy coconut milk, Indian curry powder, and white chocolate, with a hint of coconut liqueur for a unique, aromatic treat.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g coconut milk (made from coconut flesh)
  • 100 g butter
  • 3 g Indian curry powder
    0,4 g saffron
  • 1200 g white chocolate SCHOK WEISS item 776
  • 100 g coconut liqueur (e. g. Batida de Coco)

Method

Heat the coconut milk and butter together until they just boil.
Add the curry powder and ground saffron before adding the white chocolate and coconut liquor.

Cool the truffle mixture before using it to fill white chocolate truffle shells. Close and enrobe with white chocolate and finish with saffron.
